Daniel J. Phillips is an Australian film director, writer and producer. He was born in Adelaide, South Australia, and began making films from a very young age. Daniel started his career in advertising and short films, winning awards globally for The Martyr (2013), before progressing to writing, producing and directing his first feature, Awoken (2019).
