Suzanne Dean is a Producer and Actress. She is owner of Rebelfilm Productions LLC - for film & video, the Artistic Director for Los Angeles based arts organization Shakespeare by the Sea, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Little Fish Theatre, and Creator of the We Are Shakespeare Digital Video Festival. Suzanne has been involved in film and video production for over 25 years and is EMMY nominated for her Commercial production work, having managed over 120 spots. As a theatre Producer & Director, she has mounted more than 170 international stage productions, including an annual New Works Festival. Suzanne contributes time as a judge for several film and video festivals including the ATAS College Television Awards and is a Producing Mentor for American Film Institute. Suzanne merges her performing, producing, artistic management, and development careers throughout Los Angeles and the Bay Area. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA, as well as the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, BAFTA, Women in Film, Theatrical Producers League of Los Angeles, Shakespeare Theatre Association, Theatre Bay Area, Array Crew, and San Francisco Film Society. She is a recurring Guest Artist/Director with the Prague Shakespeare Company and Arabian Shakespeare Festival.
